Who really has your best interest?

I will tell you that the simple answer is always yourself first and foremost.  It is true that ultimately, each individual is responsible for their own well-being, happiness, and their definition of success.  If a person is physically and mentally able to contibute to the benefits of their own lives, that is who is responsible—you.  Your parents, your spouse, your friends, your employer, and/or your government are not responsible for you and your decisions.

It is important to remember that seeking support and guidance from others can be beneficial and even necessary at times.  Building a strong support system of trusted family, friends, or professionals can provide valuable perspectives and resources to help achieve your personal goals and overcome challenges.  However, don’t rely on this being the only way to make decisions which can lead to making personal life decisions based on what other people want.  It is not that it is necessarily a bad thing, but each person has a unique life and perspective that can contribute to a higher vibration and consciousness on Earth.  Allowing others to control the way that you make decisions or cloud your own experience can sometimes keep you stuck in old ways that are just not working for you in anymore.  Each person will respond to situations differently, and that is what makes each of us so amazing!  So trust yourself.  Self-reflect.  Become self-aware.  Make decisions that resonate with you.  You are the one that is living your life and making your decisions.  Your decisions are the ones that are affecting your life and your environment and future.

It is important to prioritize self-care and self-awareness, while also recognizing the value of seeking support and collaboration with others.  A great way to start becoming more self-aware and able to make better life decisions is to journal.  Just write a little (or a lot!) and allow your thoughts to flow freely.  Trust your higher self of what is truly meant for you in this lifetime.  Trust that you have a purpose and are capable of doing amazing things to help the world evolve and make planet Earth stainable for a better tomorrow.
