Remember that healing during your awakening journey is a process, and it may take time. Your thoughts, actions, and ideas will ebb and flow. Some days are better than others. Be patient with yourself and celebrate the small victories along the way.

Being thankful, conscious, and aware are three important qualities that can help foster a strong sense of community. When we are thankful, we recognize the good things in our lives and appreciate the people around us. This attitude of gratitude can help us to build better relationships and create a positive atmosphere in our communities.
04 — Call to Action & Help Others
Help others and make a positive impact on the world. One powerful approach is to cultivate a consciousness of compassion and empathy. When you are able to see the world through the eyes of others, you are more likely to be motivated to take action to alleviate their suffering and promote their well-being. Trust in the universe that a teacher will arrive for each person when needed.
